General Overview

Shutterware^tm Photographer's Assistant Series was developed by the Herff-Jones to provide a foundation for Herff-Jones Photographic Products Division and its customers to assist each other in meeting the ever increasing challenges, demands and complexities of the student portrait market. In general, the Shutterware^tm family of software packages were created to provide the photographer and the lab with assistance in gathering, analyzing and applying important and necessary data to produce the most useful products and services for the student portrait photography market while increasing efficiency and accuracy not to forget reducing cost.

• The automatic production of the printed Camera Card that is both consistent and legible.

• Student Name Files listing the student information that will appear in the yearbook for each student portrait taken in a text file (DOS or Mac) which can be imported into the Yearbook Publication software program such as PageMaker or Quark.
